Innovator of many products and concepts currently in use throughout the Permian Basin, Don has been involved in Don-Nan since the mid-60s.
Rick joined Don-Nan in 1991 after being a partner in a public accounting firm. Prior to that, he headed up the accounting department for the Tulsa Division of a major international engineering firm. Rick holds BS, MBA, JD and LLM degrees from several universities. He is a member of the AICPA, as well as the Texas, Oklahoma and American Bar Associations.
Steve joined Don-Nan in 1986. He has over 40 years of manufacturing experience, including 34 years in management. He is experienced in programming and operating CNC machines, as well as manual lathes and mills. His experience is not only in the manufacturing of rod pump parts, but in the manufacturing of an array of products including, triplex pumps, centrifugal pumps, military machinery, aircraft inspection, and pipe inspection parts.
Gary comes to Don-Nan with over 30 years of oilfield business management experience. His extensive experience of building competitive sales and service organizations for the Completion and Production segments of the oil and gas industry are an invaluable resource to both Don-Nan and our customers.
Mike joined Don-Nan in 1991. With over 36 years' experience in both manufacturing and management, Mike is adept in programming and setup of all CNC and manual machines.
Rich has over 30 years of oilfield experience with 26 years as a plunger shop manager. His supervision and team development skills over the Don-Nan Plunger Shop have assisted Don-Nan manufacturing in providing quality work that comes through in a quality Don-Nan product.
With close to 15 years of experience supervising Barrel Hone operations and an additional 20 years of managerial experience, Fred's expertise is—plain and simple—building pump barrels. His past work experiences have molded Fred's attention to detail in perfecting the barrel hone process, elevating Don-Nan's barrel quality to superior precision, second to none.
Bob has 28 years of experience in the artificial lift business. His expertise lies in pump applications, analysis of metallurgy and failure identification, identifying and solving gas locks and down-hole separation applications. He also has a vast knowledge of dynamometer card analysis and measurement, as well as echometer fluid level operation and analysis.
Rick has been with Don-Nan for 25 years. Having started in the business breaking down pumps and delivering to customers, his role has evolved over the years into one of our most knowledgeable pump specialists in all facets of pumping wells. His knowledge of pump and TAC applications/designs, fishing tools, gas separators, and tubing/rod designs provides Don-Nan with an outstanding teacher of a pump education many colleges would envy.
Paul has over 30 years of experience in the oilfield and has served in various management capacities with several oilfield supply and pump companies.
Serving as our field expert in the Texas Panhandle, Ricky brings over 20 years' experience in pump and sales service as well as general oilfield supply knowledge.
With 14 years at Don-Nan and 23 total years of oilfield experience, Marcus is setting new standards of superior sales and service. He specializes in subsurface pumps and tubing anchors for downhole operations.
Pete anchors our New Mexico pump repair store and contributes 31 years of oilfield experience. With so much varied experience, Pete brings extensive knowledge in both the down-hole operations and on the surface supplies of tank batteries and flow lines.
Still fresh in the oilfield with 16 years of experience, Wally brings a vibrant determination to do whatever necessary to not be outdone on customer service. His knowledge of down-hole pumps and fittings allow Wally to work hand-in-hand with our customers in minimizing pump failures and maximizing production solutions.
David's expertise rests within down-hole pumps and well-head hook-ups. With over 40 years of oilfield experience and 26 years managerial service, David is always willing and capable to provide any production solutions necessary for your specific situation.
Primarily focused on down-hole pump applications and failure analysis, Harold carries 35 years of oilfield experience. Servicing primarily Montana and North Dakota, Harold is never opposed to helping any customer with production solutions in minimizing pump failures.
Bud's 27 years with Don-Nan is a big reason Don-Nan's service is among the elite. His knowledge of down-hole pump applications and design is complimented by his technical knowledge of the surface supplies required at the well site such as well and tank battery hook-ups. Bud serves customers best during failure analysis meetings and inputting his technical pump knowledge in trying to minimize failure for the customer.
