RICK BURDEN, CPA / Legal Counsel
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Rick joined Don-Nan in 1991 after being a partner in a public accounting firm. Prior to that he headed up the accounting department for the Tulsa Division of a major international engineering firm. Rick holds BS, MBA, JD and LLM degrees from several universities. He is a member of the AICPA, as well as the Texas, Oklahoma and American Bar Associations.

STEVE NELMS
MANAGER, MANUFACTURING DIVISION
Steve joined Don-Nan in 1986. He has over 35 years of manufacturing experience, including 28 years in management. He is experienced in programming and operating CNC machines, as well as manual lathes and mills. His experience is not only in the manufacturing of rod pump parts, but in the manufacturing of an array of products including, triplex pumps, centrifugal pumps, military machinery, aircraft inspection and pipe inspection parts.

MIKE CONRY
MANUFACTURING FOREMAN
Mike joined Don-Nan in 1991. With over 26 years experience in both manufacturing and management, Mike is adept in programming and setup of all CNC and manual machines.

MIKE WINKLER
QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER and API PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Mike joined Don-Nan in 1997. Mike has an AS in Engineering from Odessa College and a B S in Mathematics from West Texas State University. He has over 20 years experience in manufacturing and fabrication operations with specific interests in inspection, quality control, engineering, R and D and failure analysis. He holds several certifications through ASNT, ASME, AWS, and ASQC in numerous technical disciplines. Mike co-ordinates Don-Nan's quality control program, which meets the high standards of API Q1 and is a licensed manufacturing facility for API 11AX products.

WAYNE LOYD
DOMESTIC SALES MANAGER
Wayne worked 20 years for a major bottom-hole pump manufacturer as a Sales Representative, District Manager, Division Manager and an assistant Sales Manager. Wayne also worked 14 years as a Sales Manager and Vice President for a leading pump distributor. Wayne has been instrumental in designing some of the pump design being used today and has been in the bottom hole pump business, sales and sales management for more than 40 years.

BOB BILBO
INTERNATIONAL SALES / WHOLESALE SUPPORT
Bob has over 20 years experience in the artificial lift business. His expertise lies in pump applications, analysis of metallurgy and failure identification, identifying and solving gas locks and down-hole separation applications. He also has a vast knowledge of dynamometer card analysis and measurement, as well as echometer fluid level operation and analysis.

MIKE "STUBBY" ARNOLD
AREA SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Mike's 23 years in the oilfield have covered several areas including material management, drilling and procution operations, and chemical applications. He has also worked in Quality Control for various machine companies.

ORLANDO ESPARZA
TECHNICAL MANAGER
Orlando's extensive knowledge in down-hole pumps and applications has lead him to head our technical service department. Extensive Pump Tracking programs, failure analysis and pump training schools are all under his direction.

PAUL TURNACLIFF
ODESSA OPERATIONS MANAGER
Paul has over 20 years experience in the oilfield and has served in various management capacities with several oilfield supply and pump companies.

JOHNNY MAC OWEN
KERMIT OPERATIONS MANAGER
Johnny joined Don-Nan in 1997 and brings over 20 years experience in pump sales and service as well as knowledge of oilfield supplies to Don-Nan. Johnny's area of expertise is the southeastern New Mexico area.

PURCHASING MANAGER
Steve comes to Don-Nan with over 30 years of purchasing & management experience in the oilfield industry. He has a vast knowledge of standard supplies, as well as special materials used in the industry.

 
Don-Nan Pump & Supply Company (Don-Nan) was founded by Vernon Carruth in 1962. With 20 years of experience in the pump and supply business, Mr. Carruth began the challenging process of building a service company.

During the early years Mr. Carruths son (Don Carruth) learned the technical aspects of the pump business; as well, a work ethic that has helped the company reach its current level of success.

Don returned to Don-Nan in 1976 to take a permanent role in the family business. In 1976 after her retirement from Ashland Oil Company, Dorothy Carruth (wife of Vernon and mother of Don) joined the family business.
